Yes, but does it follow . . .

. . . that a rich, dark ale . . . [Rogue Hazelnut Ale] . . . needs an equally rich, dark, and patinated vintage watch . . . . . . to appreciate its full measure of flavor? :-) [PS - did you notice I waited until happy hour to take these snaps?] ...

['56 Omega SM C dial section] . . . vs ale. [Rogue ale bubbles] Amazingly similar, no? :-) ...
This morning's pour seemed particularly photogenic.

They don't all look this good when I make them (though I am getting more consistent), but they all taste great! It's a curse, really. I love espresso, but there are only a handful of places in LA I will order one, Best, CaliforniaJed
Well done, Daniel.

I like your style! The MIH is a perfect pairing for such a Purist coffee. (Are you using a home roaster, popcorn maker, or something else?) Best, CaliforniaJed
Behmor 1600 home roaster

It's the cheapest one that does a whole pound at a time, which still only lasts me about 5 or 6 days. And it's the only way I can get really good (and affordable) coffee here in KY. Cheers, Daniel
Wow, you're hard core -- I like it!

I hate how much it costs me to ship fresh roasted beans, but I don't have the time/energy to roast my own. Good on you for putting in the effort. Best, CaliforniaJed
