UN to me is timeless beauty. There is just somthing about the look of the watch that speaks elegence, luxury, classy but not flashy. A low key watch that you do not see all the time, but when you do see one it will definitely catch you eyes. Great craftmenship and quality. I think UN can easily be placed on top 10.
Where would you rank Ulysse Nardin?
I know its an opinion question, but in the big picture, where would you rank UN? What other watchmakers would you group it with? Ive seen some rankings online, but several companies were left off the list, so....lets hear your thoughts?
U.N is a world apart.
You can't compare U.N with any other well known brand. The U.N " Niche " is Originality and Innovation, with Technicity, and Audace. Some of the U.N production is targeting its Past, with the Traditional Chronometers, but even these products are original....

To me, originality and Innovation are the 2 main qualities of UN watches. ...

I think they are just themselves. No other brand to compare. Reading your post I asked the same question to myself and I really have no answer, he he No one could ever do THE FREAK, but they did. Same feeling about the Sonata and all their GORGEOUS minute...
