My wife has several modern and even more vintage pieces. The modern tend to be over your limits. The vintage pieces, i.e. Golden Ellipse, the manual winding ones, are widely available and very affordable. You can easily find such a watch either in YG or W...

I would suggest a very classic and elegant looking Patek 4860 which is manual winding calatrava with breguet hands and arabic numerals. Simple yet timeless. Not sure about the exact size but I think it would be about 30mm. She is indeed a lucky woman what...

Although 7200 come in rose gold, the color is so light that it looks like yellow gold. Very classy and elegant at 34.6mm - pure Patrk DNA The Brequet numerals make a lovely dial ...

How about one made for Tiffany? For ladies I like the juxtaposition of a fine movement (240?) with the undoubtedly feminine "Tiffany" on the dial ie a fine timepiece, not jewellery, but a "nod" to that fine jeweller.
