Some answers to your review questions

heartbreaker,

Thank you for a balanced review.
It is comments from real users that St Gallen took onboard to make improvements like the medical silicone strap system 2.
Or the addition of 5 microns height to the case to prevent stoppages due to the hands brushing against the sapphire crystal.

There are a few points you made that I have answers to:

- the stainless steel hands don't look so good to me: I'd preferred them to be painted white, like the original St. Gallens, or even black.

We wanted the hands to be stealthy so white was not possible: plain steel was chosen but too flat to reflect light. An improvement would be facets or bevels on the hands but then the shape would change.

- I've read on the Forum about the misalignment of the dial indexes with the bezel ones; well, I was fortunate: my piece is perfect!

The dial and bezel indices are perfectly aligned. The on-line complaints were different. Actually, the complaints were mostly from one person who thought the dial carbon weave was not aligned to the cardinal points of 12-6 and 3-9 on his watch. Talking to the manufacturer, they stated that  they use real carbon fibre embedded in resin so the orientation of the fibres are not precise enough to act as dial markers. The slight variance between dials proves they are not printed.

I haven't understood how does the metallic ”support” – found inside the box – works and I haven't found information on what kind of disinfectants I should use. Maybe the big hole in the tail of the strap is connected to the disinfecting procedure?

The wire hook holds the watch upright through the big hole in the strap. After scrubbing solid detritus off with the supplied brush, the watch and strap is dipped into jars of hospital-grade disinfectant liquid and retrieved with the supplied wire hook.

- the buckle, on a first impression, was not so comfortable because it hurts the wrist, but in a few days I've got used to it.

A new silicone strap System 2 has been introduced following PuristS' feedback. See sub-thread in this discussion.

- the lume should be stronger, I'd say it's barely sufficient for a sport watch. During the first months the luminescence on the seconds hands appeared to be more visible than the others. Fortunately, the brilliance is increasing as the time goes by.
The All Black Rescue was designed to be stealthy so we removed all text, if possible, and blackened everything. This included black Superluminova that is less luminescent than the regular green variety. The seconds hand is brighter with white and red Superluminova so that the rescuer focuses on the pulsometer and respirometer functions.

The 4-handed seconds hand gives two problems to the watchmaker to solve for hand placement and power requirement.
The balance of the hand accounts for heavier red paint compared with white paint! The cross hand must be placed flat and parallel to the dial, more so than single hands.
The power requirement to drive the cross hand is much more than for single seconds hand.

MTF

Well, Nicolas, I think there are different schools of thought about the best way to discern about the good and bad points of an object. Some say that the longer the time an object is with us and we will get used to the weaknesses and gain a sort of attach...

Reminds me of what I was thinking about when I wrote my review on the PuristSPro ABR watch back in 2009! I found the accuracy neither here nor there (ironically the most accurate watch I've worn was not the Jaeger-LeCoultre tourbillon nor the Audemars Pi...

Thank you for you words. About the winding efficiency: the problem is gradually downsizing, so I'm confident it will be solved in the future. Maybe, I simply have to wear the watch more frequently and the movement will become more efficient, so I won't ne...
