A PuristS visitor in Singapore :)
Sandgroper, our long time PuristS, aka Francois from down under, visited Singapore today, on his way to Europe.
It was a pleasure catching up with him, exchanging views on vintage watches, Langes, JLCs, VCs, etc.
We met in the Lange Singapore boutique where he was viewing some lovely Lange watches... The Platinum Lange 1 moonphase looks awesome!
Francois wore a vintage Tissot that just looks amazing! It has a Lemania chronograph movement I think. With a modified caseback to showcase the movement. Just beautiful and charming. Thanks for sharing with me Francois!
I brought my MB&F legacy machine 101 to meet him

I wish I could spend more time with him but had to run 2+ hours later for my kids.
Always a pleasure to welcome fellow PuristS visiting Singapore. Let me know if any of you next visits!

François is a top guy and a good friend.

That 101 is such a great looking watch. A lot of the new breed of watches try a little hard with their designs whereas that 101 is subtlety itself. Understated, yet undeniably special.
