that someone with a voice like that has been undiscovered for so long.

I just read about her heart breaking story in which she stopped her pursuit of singing in 1997 to look after her sick mother who passed away in 2007. When she appeared on the show, it was the first time since the death of her mother that she sang. -MW

The performance is pretty astounding, and I get why people might be skeptical as to how someone with that big a voice could remain hidden for years, but perhaps truth is stranger than fiction.  Having worked in the music industry for several years no...

if it was a set up it was very well done. my wife watches it live on TV and i was lucky enough to miss it as i hate all that reality rubbish (except the funny bits in the auditions). she has a stunning voice, but not wanting to be rude, she hasnt got the ...

i was going to mention Paul Potts Anthony, but didnt think anyone would have heard of him. Potts i think has the advantage through age and looks. male singers can get away with more than females and looks wise she was near the end of the queue. Graham
