Linde Werdelin Family Tree

Jul 28, 2011,12:26 PM

After months of intensive research, the folks at Linde Werdelin have replied to a PuristS query about the evolution of the different product families.

How many families are there?
How are they related?
How many pieces were madel?

First is the overall map and then I broke down the sections into bigger scale for more details.
There are 4 families of Watches and 1 family of Instruments stemming from the Founders' Watch in 2004; so now we know  smile

Make sure you have opened your Internet browser page to the widest size window to see the details.

Enjoy,
MTF

These are very interesting, and useful charts.

Davo, Yes - sorry about the break-up of the map into sections but there was so much detailed information to be seen. We would need a big screen monitor of 55 inches to see it on one page! MTF

Thanks. Made my head clear.

Hans, but we can accept that the charts are great and the brand is interesting. They still have a few bugs to work out for the chronograph dial design, that may appear in series B. Regards, MTF This message has been edited by MTF on 2011-07-29 18:07:54...

Thank you for your efforts in putting this together!

It surely cannot have been a quick & dirty task to puzzle all the bits and pieces together. A great resource for current and future fans! I remember seeing a prototype of the Trigon a few years ago that left me speechless as it was something I had never s...

meisiergeister, First, the Linde Werdelin family tree diagram was compiled by their own people. PuristS only gave them the suggestion to make one....as well as a Timeline chart. But the Timeline chart is too long but narrow to post clearly on our forum. N...
