BNB Concept files for bankruptcy

Jan 21, 2010,09:09 AM

What a way to start the day.
The radio alarm clock starts at 6AM with the news and the first thing I hear is that BNB Concept has filed for bankruptcy.  The crisis is doing it's thing.
The remaining approx. 90 employees, many of which are already working short hours, will have no social plan because of lack of funds.
BNB Concept has been unable to collect about 10million CHF for wares delivered in 2009 which has lead to their bankruptcy.
A sad day,
Don

All that cool stuff and their place ... what a shame

It would be very interesting to see that list of non paying deadbeats. Alas, fast times, fast growth... (sigh)

Very sad to hear this. Hope to see white knights to make it survive.

But it'll be a field day for independent service centers who can hoard parts and/or fabricate. Anyone smell "business opportunity" (and the concomitant siren call to liars and cheats "yes, I can fix that") :-( TM
