My Czapek suffered an unusual mechanical issue. The hacking lever broke. Since I have known Mike Margolis from way back on Timezone and he is the Czapek US rep, I emailed him about what to do. He suggested I send him a photo of the papers with the serial number. He checked it out and let me know it

Anybody like these off-road charmers? Bring-A-Trailer says the FJ40 bubble has popped, and no more $100kstars ... they are more like under $20k unless extremely nice. This has a winch and nice wheels and tires, but I don't know about the paint - even touching it would turn your shirt or jeans orange

Wearing my 191.028 today it is always a pleasure to strap this icon on. The heft of the watch, the sharpness of the many details, the skewed yet extremely symmetric dial. All so nice.
