I had my Mayu since 2006.  It wasone of the earlier units in Singapore.  A part from a stoppage similar to the one described here, the escapement module was exchanged at the works and it worked fine ever since.

they are very nice indeed! The perpetual calendar mechanism is very elegant and stealthy on the dial. But finding one in the real world is tough because they are having trouble training and keeping watchmakers who can assemble these finickity movements. T...

Had this baby for about a year now.....so far no problems and IF there is, they can just remove the whole escapement and change it pronto! ;-) cheers joe...
