In fact, I think that's a very smart way to own the watch. The cost of PAM72 + spare strap + buckle would be far cheaper than the cost of PAM74 + spare bracelet. And you now have the flexibility of wearing the watch w/ the brilliant bracelet or strap! Not... 

The 40mm Zenith heart with sapphire back was a main consideration

given my tiny wrist. I have tried on the 111,104, 312 and the 44mms just dun go well with me. Perhaps when I older and FATTER, hahaha. Another factor was the little likelihood of Panerai re-producing the 40mm with Zenith hearts. Given their path of produc...
