Just for the pleasure to share a nice combination: A creamy Nato, whic almost matches with the patina of the indexes. In my opinion, the next best thing after the bracelet. I love this last picture, where the light focuses on the crown: While the bracelet...

Just perfect!! [nt]

i know i know but to find a great 6542 is the problem :-(

I know, my friend, I spent a lot of years before finding mine.

But I see some spotting, nowadays... It would be a good opportunity to make the plunge! Best, my friend. Nicolas

It's a collector's dream.

Nicolas, I've noticed that your taste in watches is exceptional! That 6542 has everything a GMT collector could want. Congratulations on your find! Nice NATO as well..... Mike

Hi, Mike, I'm sure you have exactly the same taste...

But thanks a lot for your nice words. All the Best. Nicolas

Last and definitely not Least...

That's the beauty of Natos. It comes in such varieties. But in this case you've matched it perfectly.

As if it was made for the watch...

That is indeed the fun to get Natos .. But in this case, this color is, IMO, the correct one. Now, the indexes are spotting! Thanks for your nice words. Best, Nicolas

Well...

this is a stunning example of a GMT for any vintage fan and why not the Nato. Although I am usually not a big bracelet fan, I think on this watch the bracelet combo is the strongest, there is already so much going on on the dial, the bezel... Other crazy ...

I agree that the bracelet is the natural solution, Matt...

And it represents a big advantage: It doesn't add any other color to an already colorful reference. The problem with the Nato, in my opinion, is that you have, for these GMTs, an indisputable very limited choice. In this case, I would only see black or cr...

Thank you...

Nice combination

That is a clever idea - if the patina is strong enough one can match the strap as well; I would not have thought of this! Looks great and allows the reds/blues to remain very bold. I think your choice here and with the Jardur (red highlights) are really g...

That is indeed one of my rules, Nomer.

I always try to make the strap match with a part of the dial. In the 2 examples you mentionned, it works, in my opinion, very nicely. Thanks fro your input! Best, Nicolas

Thank you, this is nice watch & picture...
