2010 is NOT a new decade 2011 is
Date: Dec 31, 2009,17:34 PM - (view entire thread)Hate to be a party crasher, but 2010 is not , the beginning of a new
decade, 2011 is. Why? For the same reason the Third Millennium of the
Anno Domini began with 2001. There is/was no year 0 between B.C. and
A.D. Calendar counting begins with 1 or in the case of B.C. ends with 1.
It's just like with a child...They are said to be in their first year,
until their first birthday, at which time they begin their second year
and are 1 year old.
