Fiona Krüger is an artist with a current obsession for skulls.
Some are celebratory like the Mexican Day of the Dead.





I dinna ken why this Scots lady has a name like Krüger until I met her South African husband!



























BVLGARI celebrated 40th anniversary of the BVLGARI ROMA watch and also launched the Magnesium Collection with echoes of the Alumino range.













When you see the Magn ? sium with the circled-E, it means it is the smart Concept watch with a RFID chip. 

No concerns about battery power reserve as it is powered by the RF from your smartphone.
Together the system uses biometrics and passwords to secure access to your electronic vault for bank transactions and other securities.
The affluent Bulgari client may need such smart features without the downside of Apple watch or







Svend Andersen celebrated the 30th Anniversary of AHCI by showing again at Baselworld.









I missed this Ganesh dial from Blancpain when showing on Day 3.




















CLOCKS


First, a clock from AHCI Candidate Fritsch from Munich.
Ceramic time dispay discs also used to adjust the time by hand.











Robert Bray of Sinclair Harding continues excellent clock making in Yorkshire, England.

I'm not showing the really complicated ones as I can't afford them...both in budget and real estate...as the average mantlepiece cannot accomodate his big clocks. You would need a round table that seats 10 persons with the clock as a centrepiece!













Frank Jutzi creations are whimsical and complicated.
He even has an apprentice now from China in his magical workshop!
