Although I do not know if it's the A10 caliber you are referring to. They are mainly fitted to their Hampton Square Line, and if I remember correctly they started doing so last year.

Anyone know this movement, the quality compared to ETA movements, and who is using it ?

I think Stepan Sarpeneva uses the A10 on some models...

...I think the ETA base that most directly matches up to it is the 2892(?). As to how they compare I don't know enough about the A10 to comment, but I've read elsewhere that the basic A10 ebache arrives 'from the factory' better finished than the equivale... 

Any of the bigger brands use it maybe... ?

I believe Ball watch is using this movement in their new version of the Hydrocarbon Classic 3 as opposed to the 2892 in the first two versions. Still, not sure what the difference is though.
