Impulse buy

I got a call this afternoon while I was out buying some shoes.  The IWC boutique called to let me know that it received a steel vintage Ingenieur.  Were I to post a story about my search for a new watch, it would be long, rambling and you might think me schizophrenic.  I was trying on RD easy divers this morning, GO sport evolutions yesterday, reverso's, overseas' and aqua terra's last week and Parmigiani the previous week.  I may still buy a Silberstein Basik Black when it arrives in HK - but I have to see it in the metal first.

Anyway, I stoped by and checked out the watch.  It was pretty much what I expected from the pictures that I had seen.  My palms started sweating and I made the quick decision and was out of the store with my new watch in less than 15 minutes!

Now, I have only been on this site since 2001 and being a slow learner have not yet learned to post pictures. Sad, but true.  My goal for tomorrow is to acquire a new skill.  Wish me luck, and I hope to post pics soon.

The new watch

Alright - I used the Beta Picture Uploader and lets see how this goes.  I am also learning how to take pictures, so bear with me.  Here is what I have for now and I have included pics of my two other daily watches, which my wife says look too similar and I need to branch out.  Well, I will try and buy some different watches if she realy wants me to...

Side note - I used the watermark because it seemed like a good idea.  I think it detracts from the photos and may choose differently in the future.

Buy some more watches so u can branch out smile

And btw, after you upload your photos to our PhotoUploader, to see your picture gallery, you click on "My Gallery " at the top of the screen, and u have access to all ur pictures.
