Is this Longines cal 290 efficient?

I have this vintage diver but found the automatic mechanism seem not efficient. Hardly the barrel be wind as r\the rotor will run to release the pressure. Anything wrong. Please advise.

There is no problem with the movement of my Longines Diver Vintage, at least on my watch. And I didn't hear that the other ownzers had problems, too... Best, my friend. Nicolas
