Which was used some years later by the JLC Polaris... The Piquerez case was created in the early fifties, and a patent registered in 1956. The Vulcain Nautical was released AFAIK at the end of the fifties... Yes, I'd like to have a valuable pic of the Nau...

for some reason, as i've never owned one or known anyone who has i've always written them off as one of the cheaper or less respected brands, an error of judgement which i will try to rectify with some research. i've never had a mechanical alarm watch eit...
