Reminds me of the ZRX1100 (in green, ridden many times including the 1200 but never owned) as well as the XJR1300 (owned one for a while, engine was a peach but would cook you in summer!). Are the yellow bits ohlins?

The suspension is Sowa, which is stock

THAT is a very cool bike! Yes, fairly comfortable, air cooled, smooth, large displacement, tuned for torque... I had a machine that fit that same description and loved it!
