Same sentiments. Even though I can accept the date and appreciate its function, I can’t deny the Ginza no date version is even better looking ! Cheers Robin
I took it to the door in order to catch it with sunlight. The 5177 is superb, "even" with the date window, which does not bother me at all. You are right about the quircky shape of the date, that makes the date window even more likeable. ...
