The Royal Watches of Ellicott 1738
Ellicott 1738 is a small manufacturer of fine, british-inspired watches that all share a couple of unique features in terms of design an mechanics (amongst the latter being the slimmest movement with minute repeater, perpetual calendar and moonphase indication!). In my report I try to elucidate their background and highlight some of their distinctive characteristics.
