An unusual vintage Longines monopusher

Team,
Here is a watch that I never saw another and this, as is my standard procedure, raises some concerns.
First of all, let me describe how it works:
The pusher at 2 starts and stops the chronograph but when it stops, it continues to work, like the Chronostop by Omega.
The red hand accumulates the minutes and resets to zero when the chronograph is not activated but the black hand keeps running.
Good size, nice case (it could use, badly, some tender care by a good watchmaker).
Since I know nothing about vintage Longines (and other brands), let's see if an expert shows up (Ubik!!!).
In any case, I capture those pictures to share here.
Cheers,
Nilo
