I sent my Calendrier Retrograde to the USA service center in California almost two months ago. A week or so after that, they called with an estimate for repairs. I had dropped my watch on a ceramic tile floor! I approved the amount and work commenced. They gave me a repair number and said I could check on it's status in the future. Two weeks ago I thought I'd check on it. The repair phone number doesw not answer, nor does the voicemail come on. The main number, which is an "800" number doesn't answer either. I call every day now, hoping for a different result! I've emailed throught the website and have not had a response yet.
