*No decorative elements (e.g., ceraphs on the font, script, non-primary colors, engraving)
*Everything about the form follows the function
In this view, the number of hands does not matter, as long as each is functional. Precious metals are fine, as long as they are white or black. Thus, I consider this WG Royal Oak Chronograph appropriately minimalist, (though not as purely so as the MIH, the VC Patrimony shown in the thread, or the Patek 5196G), while no Lange to date avoids decorative elements.
