Caipirinha
Brazil's national cocktail, made with cachaça, sugar and lime. Cachaça is distilled alcohol, made from sugarcane like rum.
Long Island Iced Tea
Long Island Iced Tea is a cocktail made with vodka, gin, tequila, and rum. Variations abound:
One variation mixes equal parts vodka, gin, rum, tequila, and triple sec with 1.5 parts sour mix with a splash of cola.
Other variants replace the sour mix with lemon juice, and the cola with actual tea.
I cannot remember which variant this is.........

Unfortunately, I do not have a photo of the best drink at Village Bar - the House Mojito.
A Cuban cocktail traditionally made of five ingredients: rum, sugar (sugar cane juice), lime, carbonated water and mint, this has been brought to another level at Village Bar with local mint....[positively the best mojito that I have ever had..... (Caveat: I've not been to Cuba )
