The rules were

1) Start building at the same time with a team of three participants (some did early starts)
2) Use only the pieces provided.
3) Complete clock should work under it's own power and chime en passant every 15 mins.

We were the first to get all the pieces in place but the escapement would not tick-tock. Eventually, our judge found that the anchor was out of alignment by an incey wincey bit....a little nudge and it was "going".

By then, another team were 1st.......

PS. They never specified which of the minute markers were the chiming ones i.e. 5, 20, 35 and 50 minutes are still 15 mins apart smile
