Update:
A small update: Of course the money has not been returned, and I have alerted the authorities (luckily, I have many contacts with judges and prosecutors and PIs, so I think there will be movement on this front). I am still in contact with the person who scammed me, and I was contacted by another scammer here "PDK," with whom I exchanged emails. He even went so far as to put a fake serial number on Patek certificate (kudos for the photoshop). I was also contacted by another seller, who goes by the name "YER." Not sure if he's a scammer, but I got this email from "Special Agent Mark Lewis" email address: specialagentmarklewis @gmail .com. A++ for effort here. The email mentions all three of these sellers. I don't need to go into detail about the red flags here. There was also mention of an attachment of Mark Lewis' ID card, but the (clearly fake) ID card was for a "Special Agent Paulson Smith." I guess we can add impersonating a federal officer to the list of crimes.

immediately to give him your full address as directed so as to enable you receive
the watch .
All modality has already been worked out even before you were
contacted and note that we will be monitoring all your dealings with
them as you proceed so you don't have anything to worry about. All we
require from you henceforth is an update so as to enable us be on
track with you and YER
