Bell & Ross actually tailored-made BR03 for you since you think BR01 is too big.
But, if you really want to get one, go for 46mm (BR01), forget about BR03. BR03 will look small on your wrist. Remember how you perceived MIH in the past.

That Hour Hands
Something is not right with the hour hands on the BR03 pictures. They are trailing or was it done on purpose to prevent the brand name from being cut by the hands. But it looks odd to me. Whereas the pictures for BR01 looks ok. Just my observation. Cheers...
