Of course these are "almost" on opposite sides of the spectrum.
BUT...they , the Greubel Forseys and the Seiko Galantes are VERY courageous creations.
One is soooo costly/expensive to pursue the extreme of doing a classic execution well, to the extreme of "good".
The Seiko is so far towards creating a superlative piece, and to make it affordable, and they are almost the same size and thickness.
BOTH will be so rare to see on the street.
One is affordable. Yet, it will take an enormous step into the unknown....the Galante. Especially THIS one...the anniversary of the Rolling Stones.
If you hold it in your hands, it is simply beautiful.
But affordable. It can withstand high magnification photos.
I am just extreme in what I like.
A Greubel Forsey, even the lowest model will be GOOD.
