I noticed the red lining of the briefcases both David Vallata and Thomas Morf were carrying, and it turns out that Carl F. Bucherer executives get matching leather goods in black with red lining, reflecting the corporate colours of the brand. Note that all black leather straps found on Carl F. Bucherer watches also have red lining. These items remind me of Etro which has brightly coloured lining inside dark-coloured jackets.
