You are right, many brands oursource many things from third party 
I use to be really confuse when i first trying to figure out who, what, why and how But afterall, sometimes some watches just caught our eyes and we just cannot push it away because it is ETA! Or just because they didnt make the dial themselves! At the end of the day, i find that there is too much that i dont know bout the watchmaking industry and all i can say is, some of the design and innovation of watches just doesnt stop to amaze me I like Richard Mille a lot but just because the RM011 have the same engine as a ML Flyback Annual doesnt mean i dont like Richard Mille But i like this 016 more than the 011

still they look pretty cool although Ive always had problems with a square shaped watch like B&R. But these are 44 by 50 so maybe I will have a mind change if I can see them in the metal . It will be interesting to find out how much they cost . George

The only "innovation" I see is putting a flyback chrono module into a Max Busser inspired lay out and design with Hautlance movement finishing. If I have any credit to give, the grand minuteur does have an interesting dial lay out. And don't get me starte...
