Thanks Ronald.
The belts can support 40kg static and up to 60 kg if stressed by sudden torque. They are not made in house, but regularly available because of an un-named industrial source.
I will not worry about spares, or service any more. Because of the awareness of the belts longevity issues, which initially worried me. The teeth are always like so...blunted. The compound that surrounds the steel core inside these belts are not bio degradable, its like stuff which you find within military grade ordnance which are stored, but never used.
If you do a search, the diagrams for the insides are not as complex, but very intriguing because of the arrangements...a truly new, possibly the only new, movement. I hope that an MB&F machine will incorporate it one day. I always felt that it sort of belongs in both brands. Especially when I saw the turbines in the MB&F machines.
The Tags cost less in all forms, gold, plat, ceramic than any one MB&F. Slightly less.
They are not status machines....much more of good engineering experiments. For status, get RM.
The V4 s come across well in humility and science.
