You know.
Being a Singaporean, I am proud our little nation is well known in the watch industry.
Singaporeans must know watches as if they know their chicken rice.
We need also an emphasis on intent and philosophy.
Why?
Because many honest watchmakers use cheaper screws.
This is because they are placing the watch in a mass market circle, not high end stuff.
It's like that a basic Nissan 4 cylinder belongs in a economy car, but not in a car marketed as the high end.
The more developed Nissan 4 cylinder turbo injected engines are expensive to make, and rightfully...they sit inside the Nissan Juke Turbo.
It does not make all Nissans economy cars, neither are they racers.
Sure helps to know fuel injection from carbs.
